each contributing their unique expertise to the company’s success:
Frédéric Truchon (General Manager)
With over 20 years’ experience in human resources, quality and sales, Frédéric has held management positions in the industrial and pharmaceutical fields. He brings strategic vision and strong leadership to the group, while being involved in the community as a member of the Collège d’Alma Board of Directors.
He is also responsible for the protection of personal information, in accordance with Bill 25, and can be reached with any questions or concerns regarding the confidentiality of your data at frederic.truchon@groupefari.com.
Myriam Boudreault (Finance Director)
With over 14 years’ experience in accounting and finance, Myriam ensures the rigorous financial management of our organization. As President of the Board of Directors of Caisse Desjardins des Cinq Cantons, she brings invaluable expertise in this sector of activity.
Dany Chassé (Strategy and management expert)
As a founder and senior manager of national-level companies, Dany offers a strategic perspective and management expertise. His years of experience in the public sphere enrich our global approach.
Guillaume Caron (Operations Director)
With over 25,000 hours’ experience in security, including guarding and event management, Guillaume’s passion and dedication set him apart. His diversified experience, including in the hospital environment and as a police tactical defense trainer, enriches our operational approach and our promise of excellence in the field.
Daniel Vagnière (Assistant Operations Manager)
Swiss-born Mr. Vagnière has an impressive 23-year career in the security industry, and puts his know-how to invaluable use. His diverse background in police auxiliary, close protection, military and festival surveillance reinforces our ability to meet our customers’ needs.
